Today, on the auspicious occasion of the 40th birthday of His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, we at the Karmapa Foundation Europe join the global community of his students and well-wishers in offering our heartfelt congratulations and deep gratitude.
His Holiness has, from an early age, embodied the timeless values of wisdom, compassion, and courageous responsibility. Through his teachings, his unwavering concern for the environment, and his guidance in times of uncertainty, he continues to inspire people of all backgrounds to live with greater awareness and kindness.
In a world shaken by conflict, climate crisis, and social division, the message of His Holiness is more relevant than ever. His call for inner transformation as the foundation for outer peace reminds us that lasting change begins in the heart of each individual. On this special day, we renew our commitment to the path of compassion, interdependence, and nonviolence he so clearly illuminates.
